My focus is on supporting commercial real estate developers, real estate brokers, construction companies, engineering and architectural firms and anyone who seeks to submit a pre-engineered site plan for (RFP) proposals before spending money on advanced site design.  I will perform front-end engineering at a lower cost in order to 'iron out' an agreed plan and then hand off to a licensed civil engineer who will then design for stamped approval.
